WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?
When placing your order please note the following normal delivery times for most products:
- 7-10 business days
Our designs and products are print-on-demand put specifically into production based on your order through Snark Mouth.
Our print-on-demand vendors typically begin production of your item within hours of your order being submitted and will ship within 2-3 days, requiring a few more days in transit.
If you have not received your order within the time frame above, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Snark Mouth products are produced via a print-on-demand service, which means all products are unique and produced once the product is ordered.
This means returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the manufacturer offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

Order Cancellation:
As mentioned, our designs and products are print-on-demand. As a result, we cannot cancel orders after the order has reached production. Our print-on-demand vendors typically begin production of your item within hours of your order being submitted so unlikely our manufacturers will see a cancellation in a timely fashion.
Exchange Policy:
We do NOT offer exchanges for products that are ordered. We do not have an inventory of products, and due to the one-off and highly personalized nature of print on demand, we do not maintain stock to exchange items.
Refunds allowed for the following:
- Manufacturing issue with your product.
- Product was broken or damaged during transit.
- You received wrong product in your order.
If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request return:
- You must submit a request for a return within 14 business days after you receive your item.
- After 14 business days, no return will be accepted.
- If you are submitting a refund request that aligns to our policy, please be sure to include photo evidence of your product in your order.
